Very happy with the service provided! Came in for an overdue annual service, from call to pick up was 2 days. They went above and beyond by tidying my bike up to help prevent future stress and damage at no extra cost. 100% recommend!
I came in for some assistance with my deflating tyre. One of the staff quickly checked my bike over and gave me a fix at no cost as it was very minor. I appreciate the honesty, as I would've been happy to pay. Will definitely return and recommend Cyclestreet. 5/5 great staff!

I cannot fault the fantastic service I received from this cycle shop, I purchased a new Cherry Red Raleigh willow bike from them, (she's a beauty) they went above & beyond from taking my baskets off my old bike & fixing them on the new one at no extra cost, to disposing of my old bike for me. I went asking for advice re repairing/replacing the headset of my old bike without spending a fortune. The chap I spoke to was incredibly generous with his time and expertise, selling me parts for a few quid, enabling me to get my bike back on the road that evening. The price he quoted me for them to do the work seemed very reasonable and I'd be happy to take other jobs there for them to do in the future. Thanks guys. Much appreciated.
